About Us
Billy and the Terra Builders crew take on the hard home and mountain-property problems other contractors won't touch. The work now leads with what Terra wants more of: exterior paint, interior paint, brick staining, decks, drainage, retaining walls, and site prep.
Whether it's staining brick, rebuilding a deck frame, installing French drains, grading a steep mountain lot, building retaining walls, or preparing a driveway base for gravel or a specialty crew — Terra brings the equipment, the judgment, and the follow-through.
Homeowner Care
Asheville weather is rough on paint, brick, decks, and drainage. Terra's Homeowner Care Plan gives you a trusted set of eyes on the outside of your home before wear turns into damage, rot, runoff, or a weekend surprise.
You get a clear read on what looks good, what needs attention, and what can wait — from a crew that can handle the fix when the timing is right.
A contractor's walkaround for the places homeowners rarely see.
Finish, brick, drainage, and wood checked before the season does its damage.
Rails, stairs, framing, and soft spots looked over before they become costly repairs.
Know what is urgent, what is fine, and what is worth planning for.
